What to Expect
In our first session, Sparkle will ask questions to get to know you, your voice, and where you need support. Since Sparkle’s approach is holistic, be prepared to dive deep and reach great heights.
Sessions may be conducted virtually or in person in San Diego, CA.
1. Connection
According to your individual needs, we’ll create a plan to help you overcome the mental blocks keeping you from being your best onstage. Throughout our partnership, Sparkle will apply a lifetime of performance experience to guide you in developing the skills to reach your goals.
2. Partnership
Whether your “stage” is the karaoke bar, meeting room, or convention center, Sparkle’s guidance will help you feel inspired, empowered, and confident onstage.

What to Expect
1. Discovery
For this meeting, invite your collaborators, such as leadership, community managers, human resource partners, or offsite coordinators. With an understanding of your team’s unique needs and challenges, we will craft a tailored program to engage, motivate, and inspire your team.
We’ll send you a proposal with your event details for approval, then a good-faith agreement to sign so we’re all aligned. Once the deposit is received, your date is officially yours and we are ready to start sparkling!
2. Experience
According to your individual needs, we’ll host an immersive in-person or virtual program, providing materials, facilitation, and our can-do infectious attitude that facilitates interpersonal connection, collaboration, and team strategy in a fun and energizing environment we call “sparkle spaces.”
Each sparkle space is different, since the people bring the sparkle, and our programs are methodologically designed to help people shine brighter together.
Programs can be local in San Diego, or we’ll travel to meet you.
3. Outcomes
Your team will leave their event inspired and empowered: energized to do their best work while feeling a sense of purpose and cohesion with one another to drive towards a shared vision.
