Sparkshop is a practical creative problem-solving workshop that teaches your team how to solve problems using generative authentic self-expression.

What to Expect

1. Discovery

Sparkleworks collaborates with your leadership, people managers, employee development teams, or offsite coordinators to illuminate your team’s unique challenges. Together, we will craft a tailored workshop to engage, motivate, and harness your employees’ creativity and energy towards a better working environment with tangible business results.

2. Sparkshop

According to your individual needs, we’ll facilitate a collaborative in-person or remote workshop that delves deeply into team strategy, creative problem-solving, and group reflection in a fun and energizing environment we call “Sparkshop.” These can be local in San Diego, or we’ll travel to meet you.

3. Outcomes

Your team will leave their Sparkshop inspired and empowered: energized to do their best work while feeling a sense of purpose and cohesion with one another to drive towards a shared vision.

About Charley

Charley “Sparkle” Lapomardo (they/them) is a dynamic Experience Facilitator and Founder of Sparkleworks dedicated to co-creating transformative workshops, events, and spaces to help humanity realize our potential. Their expertise comes from 5 years as an Employee Experience User Researcher and a BBA in Marketing, Theater, and Media Literacy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. They are based in San Diego, CA.
