Growing up, “Singer” was core to my identity.

I aced business school, got a full time knowledge worker job, and did theater at night, just like my Dad (wisely) insisted.

After 7 years in corporate, I got laid off and moved to San Diego, California. I started performing again and tapped back into my core.

On this odyssey, I have become intimately aquatinted with the complex dynamic of body, mind, and spirit.

In our first private 1-on-1 coaching session, we will discuss your desires, goals, and challenges.
